As you know, Environmental issues, including the reduction of GHG (Greenhouse Gas) emissions, are the greatest challenges facing us toward the future of human civilization. In addition to environmental issues, in a rapidly changing business environment, there is no time to wait for business innovation in each organization. This consortium promotes the reduction of GHG emissions through industrial collaboration through restructuring of business processes and supply chain data sharing. Furthermore, we aim to accelerate behavioral change in the industrial world by utilizing the CPS platform provided by this consortium as a foundation.​


An lean industry as a whole industry cannot be achieved realized simply by simply accumulating individual organizational activities. We will explore the possibility of optimizing the entire system to balance both environmental issues and growth potential by CPS, which directly connects between the site and management, links unique data and different types of work, and balancing environmental issues and growth potential.​

Process Simulation utilizing HDM (Holistic Dynamic Model) ensures effectiveness through process management that incorporates the actual situation of the site.Optimization with using high-level process simulation at physical layer enables making management strategy.

Different from conventional assessment evaluation, utilizing process simulation which incorporates both business design and physical layer operation enables business innovation, and it directly connects between workplace and management.

02​Heuristic response to issues through analysis from both product and organizational perspectives

Carbon footprint allocation is performed by process simulation including physical equipment, and carbon neutral design is performed from the viewpoint of both the product axis and the organization axis.

03Decision making based on the trade-off relationship between economy and environmental load

Utilizing production simulations, we quantitatively evaluate the trade-off between "economic efficiency" and "environmental efficiency", attempt optimization, and support decision-making as an organization.
